Registration: Registration for shoes and spot is required at least 24 hours prior class. We ask for registration because each client gets the rebound shoes based on shoe size and weight/athletic level.

Cancellation Policy

Early Cancel: You may cancel out of a class and reschedule as long as you do so 24 or more hours before the scheduled start time.

Late Cancel/No Show: Please note, we do not offer refund in case  you cancel out of class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or do not show up for a class. 

 When using a class card, and cancel last minute or do not show for class, you will automatically lose a class from your package.

PUNCH CARDS EXPIRE 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. 

f you know you cannot make it to class, please cancel yourself out in advance to avoid the  class charge. If you do not have internet access, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
