​Registration: Registration for shoes and spot is required at least 24 hours prior class. We ask for registration because each client gets the rebound shoes based on shoe size and weight/athletic level.

 

Cancellation Policy

Early Cancel: You may cancel out of a class and reschedule as long as you do so 24 or more hours before the scheduled start time.

Late Cancel/No Show: Please note, we do not offer refund in case  you cancel out of class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or do not show up for a class. 

 When using a class card, and cancel last minute or do not show for class, you will automatically lose a class from your package.

PUNCH CARDS EXPIRE 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. 

 

If you know you cannot make it to class, please cancel yourself out in advance to avoid the  class charge. If you do not have internet access, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
